Solche Erschliessungen verursachen hohe Kosten. Die Grundeigent\u00fcmer m\u00fcssen deshalb an die Finanzierung der Erschliessungsanlagen beitragen. Das Raumplanungsgesetz sowie das Wohbau- und Eigentumsf\u00f6derungsgesetz (WEG) und auch das kantonale Recht verpflichten die Gemeinden deshalb, von den Grundeigent\u00fcmern angemessene Beitr\u00e4ge an die Erschliessungskosten zu erheben.<\/p><p>Die Gemeinden m\u00fcssen die Grunds\u00e4tze der Erschliessungsfinanzierung in einem Reglement festhalten. Solche Regelemente bed\u00fcrfen ebenfalls der kantonalen Genehmigung, um G\u00fcltigkeit zu erlangen.
